This limited edition single cask rum from Holmes Cay is made from a blend of aged rums from Belize. It is aged for a minimum of three years in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at cask strength. The rum has a deep golden color and a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of caramel, toffee, vanilla, and oak. The finish is smooth and lingering. This is a great rum for sipping neat or in cocktails.
