This limited edition American single malt bottling is made from 100% peated Scottish malted barley just like the flagship McCarthy's Single Malt. But this is aged for 6 years in Oregon oak, twice as long as the original expression. It then spends 4 months in barrels specifically seasoned and selected by Hood River Distillers Master Distiller Joe O'Sullivan and Head Distiller Caitlin Bartlemay.
