Bottled at a robust 50% ABV, without added colour or chill filtration, it's a splendidly indulgent and complex expression from the ever-impressive Speysider.

This single malt is uniquely crafted using Mizunara oak casks, a rare Japanese oak prized for its distinctive flavor contributions but challenging maturation process. These barrels are paired with Oloroso puncheons and hogsheads, resulting in a whisky that balances tradition with bold innovation.

On the nose, this Scotch offers a symphony of heather honey, dried orange peel, and crystallized ginger, underscored by cocoa, toasted tobacco leaves, and fresh vanilla pods. The palate follows with a luxurious blend of bakingspices, dried blood orange, and grilled honeycomb, evolving into rich cocoa, poached cinnamon apples, and fig syrup. The finish lingers with hints of pecans and demerara sugar, delivering a rich and indulgent experience.
