-Distilled from Jabali (A. convallis)
-Agave is cooked in an earthen oven, milled using a traditional stone tahona mill, then fermented with natural yeast in oak vats
-Distilled twice in a clay pot still
-Rested for 1 year in glass before bottling
-Red plum, cantaloupe rind, saltwater taffy, jasmine, grapefruit zest, parsnips, fresh crayons, purple flowers, wet stone or bricks, and maybe there’s an old shaggy dog lurking nearby who needs a bath.
-69% ABV
