untitled-oct15_10-12-15
Knob Creek 12 Year Cask Strength 750ml 2026 Release (121.2 Proof)

Knob Creek 12 Year Cask Strength is a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey bottled at full, uncut barrel proof after resting a full 12 years in charred American oak. Produced by Knob Creek within the Jim Beam family of distilleries, this expression trades the standard 100 proof bottling for natural cask strength, delivering a bolder, richer, more concentrated pour packed with caramel, butterscotch, and warm oak spice.

Knob Creek built its reputation on patient, full-flavored bourbons that don't cut corners, and the 12 Year Cask Strength is the brand leaning into that philosophy even further. By skipping proofing water, the distillers let the whiskey speak for itself — showcasing exactly what a dozen years in the barrel does to flavor, texture, and intensity. It's a release aimed squarely at bourbon fans who want the real, unfiltered deal.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich caramel, toasted oak, dried cherry, brown sugar, faint vanilla bean

Palate: Butterscotch sweetness, charred oak, dried fruit, warming cinnamon spice, hints of dark chocolate

Finish: Long, oak-driven finish with lingering baking spice, toasted caramel, and a satisfying warmth

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0579/7222/8275/files/D8345F85-DAEE-4252-BA12-A696DE61C57F.webp?v=1792084345
