A rare, full-proof rum from Santa María Tlalixtac, Oaxaca, distilled from 100% fresh Java-varietal sugar-cane juice. Blend #2 combines aged and unaged pot-still rum, with the aged component matured in virgin French oak and rested in open-top glass demijohns.

Bottled at a powerful 64.1% ABV, this is an intensely expressive, limited rum with only 336 bottles produced. Expect bold cane character, roasted oak, baking spice, rich tropical fruit, and a dry, earthy Oaxacan character. No sugar or coloring is added.

A must-try for fans of high-proof agricole rum, Jamaican rum, and barrel-strength whiskey. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open it up.
