Bushmills 12 Years is a carefully crafted expression of their famous blend. It is mainly matured in former Oloroso sherry casks which lend a beautiful deep amber color. Dried fruits are present throughout, particularly apricot and dried nectarines. This single malt is gentle, subtle, and mellow. It works just as well on a hot day with a cube of ice as it does neat by a fire.
