The Spirit: A Layered Añejo with Depth
This meticulously crafted Añejo tequila is distilled from 100% Blue Weber Agave. The liquid is a complex blend of tequilas matured from 12 to 36 months in virgin American whiskey barrels. To achieve its distinctive character, a portion of the agave is uniquely slow-cooked in a traditional earth pit oven, lending profound roasted and smoky notes that call to mind an ancestral Mexican kitchen. The resulting tequila is a smooth, warm experience, offering inviting flavors of caramelized agave, bright orange zest, subtle clove, and a perfect touch of oak-toasted spice. Designed by artist Erika Rivera, the illustration at the base beautifully depicts a family’s ofrenda, laden with traditional symbols: bright cempasúchil flowers, sweet pan de muerto, delicate papel picado, celebratory sugar skulls, and flickering candles.
