Michter’s Single Barrel Rye 10 year 750ml
After Master Distiller, Willie Pratt decided that a batch ready to ship wasn't ready to bottle, he left it to mature a little further for another whole year, whilst fans and retailers waited. What resulted was a new bottling, released at a nice 92 percent proof, which was very much worth the wait. This batch is surprisingly fruity for whiskey that's spent over 10 years in oak. With only a small amount of spicy char notes and instead the smooth texture of cinnamon and baking spices, this is a truly delicious sip.
