  • Age & Proof: Aged for 15 years and bottled at cask strength of 104.9 proof (52.45% ABV). 
  • Mash Bills: A blend of two high- and low-rye bourbon mash bills:
    • Mash Bill 1: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley
    • Mash Bill 2: 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley 
    • Tasting Notes and Profile
  • Nose: Deep caramel, toasted oak, dark cherry, vanilla bean, antique leather, and pipe tobacco.
  • Palate: Luxuriously smooth with layers of toffee, baking spices, dark chocolate, dried fruit, and molasses.
  • Finish: Long and warm with lingering spice, charred oak, and subtle hints of fig and roasted almonds
