Season 006, a blend of 12-25 year old component whiskies, marks a return to a higher rye grain ratio for our single barrels. Weaving together 6 distinct components gave this core blend a unique opportunity to layer oxidized sweet corn profiles with earthy, subtle spice tones from the rye. By partnering with Midwest Barrel Company to identify rich, densely saturated finishing casks across a variety of styles we were able to extract a broad spectrum of flavors.
